1.  When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

2.  How do I track my order?

Once your payment is verified and your order is processed, it will be shipped out within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order is shipped, you will receive email notification with the tracking information.

3.  What are your delivery options?

Local pickup is available. After payment has been verified and processed, pickups can be arranged on Monday-Friday and some Saturday’s.Standard delivery time may vary and will be handled via USPS.

4.  Who to contact for lost, stolen, or damaged packages?

Oh' so Lovely LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS at 800-275-8777.

5.  What is your return policy?

All sales are final. No returns or refunds. (see return policy for additional information).
